Cullen romance scene at Adamant never shows up anymore.Where's the help here?!

The first two times I played inquisition I romanced Cullen and whenever I reached Adamant / Here Lies The Abys, instead of Getting the standard line with Cullen before he runs off telling my inquisitor that the resistance is too much, I would get a romance line and a romance scene, I think a kiss (not sure) but I'm sure about the rest, she tells him to please be careful and then they share a short kiss, its very sweet and romantic. But then suddenly afterwards some patches and in my third playthrough, this romance line/scene never turns up again. I've tried everything, tried doing wicked eyes first and after adamant and vice versa, seras prank etc. But it didn't help. I know others have experienced this as well. Does EA/Bioware plan on fixing this? Or is there some workaround so I can get the scene again maybe? I really want to experience this scene again.

Btw I'm playing on Xbox one.

I don't believe this! Isn't this site for helping? You could at least tell me so if you have no idea what the problem is instead of just leaving me hanging! I mean, is it something you're already aware of? Something which will never be fixed? Or will be fixed? What? How? Just SOMETHING! Anything but silence please! This is ridiculous and a lousy way to treat your most loyal fans!

I know there was an issue where he could be unreachable after a certain sequence of events, but this should have been patched out.

Otherwise I'm not aware of any Cullen/romance changes. Perhaps there are more variables at play(romance/interest from other characters) for this scene to appear. I'll check with some of my Cullen-fixated co-workers when I can and see if they have any more info.

If you believe this to be bugged, you might want to post on the Bioware boards if you haven't already. This site is more for peer-based tech help, but ofc we're ok with discussion and non-tech issues being posted too.

Thank you for replying. Maybe I'm not so good at explaining but what I meant was that opening scene at Adamant when the quest Here Lies The Abys starts and Cullen runs to the Inquisitor and tells her that the resistance is bigger than he expected and then NORMALLY if romanced, my inquisitor would either get an option to reply back with the "heart icon" or the usual friendly response. But now I only gets the friendly response.

You were clear. Perhaps progress on Cullen's personal request is a factor in whether the scene will appear or not.

I haven't done any playthroughs with a Cullen romance so I'm just guessing, but this looks like the scene in question?

Yes that is the exact scene I'm talking about but that is the friendly option and not the romanced version. I've seen people on YouTube call it the romance version but I think it's because they haven't discovered the real version yet. I played inquisition from day one, so I've been there before all the patches.
In this exact scene, a heart icon used to appear if Cullen was romanced and yes I've tried finished his personal quest before starting this scene as well, nothing has helped. It just puzzles me, cause I know it exists and now it's like a myth.

Any news about this being patched soon? I think a lot of people would agree that Cullen is one of the characters who has the most glitches in this game and it's sad cause it ruins the experience.
