Cullen's personal quest : perseverance

Hello everyone,

I know this problem has already been mentioned but, after looking on different forums, I still don't have my answer.

First and foremost, I finished the game (well, I killed Corypheus). So, the dialogue with Cass' and Sera (and everyone tbh) might have changed.

I heard talk of Sera's prank, so I talked to her, but no dialogue regarding a prank began.

The messenger (who should have been in the apartments of Cullen) is not either here. And I did all prerequisite (the quest and the 2 actions with Cullen before the quest)

When I go where the conversation between Cass' and Cullen should have happened, nothing happens.

I'm pretty sure it's a bug, due to the fact that I "finished" the game, but people say that is not a bug so... i'm confused x)

Edit : If Vivienne is no longer usable (because she is at the head of the chantry), how can I use her to kill the dragons ? lol

And sorry for my English. :>

Best regards.

@Hidjio78 Even if you do find Cullen, after the main storyline is finished, you can not progress companion quests (though there is some further companion content in Trespasser, if you have that). Generally after you complete the main story and party, your companions will have one unique conversation with you in Skyhold, then just keep repeating the same thing/things every time you try to talk to them.

Inquisition is a very replayable game, so I do recommend playing again if you've only done one playthrough... There are always different choices you could have made! 😛

  • @Hidjio78 I think after you finish the game you can no longer progress companion/advisor quests (at least not ones that involve talking to your companions in Skyhold). Usually a good idea to finish such sidequests before finishing the main storyline.

If I'm misunderstanding, please let me know. Otherwise, sorry I don't have better news for you.

    Hello,
I thought the same thing but there should be a way even after completing the game. o.o
I mean, Cullen still isn't here and there is no way to know where he is hiding.. :/

    Hello,

I wonder if it's not better to start an adventure again, in order to do this much-vaunted romance.

Anyway, I thought something... Vivienne has been elected to be "The Imperial Enchanter". Thus, she is not located on the map of SkyHold, BUT, I managed to find her. What if, as Vivienne, Cullen was hiding somewhere and his location was not revealed. It could be possible honestly. Because, he is not located anywhere, but when I call in the members of the War Table, he appears. So it means he is surely somewhere... But where eh eh, who knows.

    Anyway, thanks you.
