DA 2 Legacy DLC (pc) Final Boss Fight not ending

Well I have the latest patch, and everything is updated. However, I cannot proceed during the Corpheus fight. When I click the statues I get demons, kill them, fight boss for a bit, repeat until he starts getting the lightning and ice at same time, click on statues but no demons appear to fight. Hence he stays in middle doing the fire rotation thing for 10 minutes now? The saves do not say corrupted or appear to be, and I started game over from very beginning twice now, and I am always logged on EA while playing. Lastly, I started it in beginning of Act 2 every time.

Have you already tried to switch the difficulty level? Try the fight on an easier or harder level.

Was it always the same character or did you try the fight with different characters?
