Depending on what launcher you use, save files can ultimately be saved in different places based on how the user sets up their game.
For DAI specifically, saves should be stored (locally) C:\Users\user\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save
For Steam Deck, take a look a the following thread here, this should help with the location and some steps on how to verify if you have any saves to be recovered.
Games that utilize Steam's cloud saves, for instance, may store these files under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Userdata. You may also find some games and place their save files in your Documents folder—look for a folder with the game's title, the publisher's name, or inside the My Games folder.

Thank you for helping.
I launched the game on steam os not a win os on steam deck.
I've already looked though my cloud save files of that steam account, and found there's no histories of save files of DAI. Therefore One thing I am positive is our data only goes to EA app cloud.
I had a notification from EA app at later tries, saying my online save file is corrupted. I am not sure how that happened since I didn't even play game since I frustratedly found out local save is lost.
Is there a way to retrieve my save files from your server? from what I see that is the only way to do it now. I'll provide whatever info. that's required.
About the two locations from the thread you shared.
In the first "One for proton in
~\.local\share\Steam\steamapps\compatdata\1637320\pfx\drive_c\users\steamuser\AppData\Roaming\Godot\app_userdata\Dome Keeper"
I digged the path to roaming, found 2 folders there, a “Microsoft” and a "Wine_gecko". And I assumed I should look into the gecko folder. here is what I found, in the attachment.
To be frank I don't know what to look for, what's the format or name of the same file.
and the second path I found nothing at "~\.local\share\godot\app_userdata\Dome Keeper\"
Am I supposed to look for a corporate name, or game name in the app_userdata file? I've found none about bioware, electronic arts or da.inquisition.- EA_Shepard3 years ago

@e5e7e95d497c8daa When you get a corrupted save error, it is a generic error that means your game and cloud didn't sync.
When you look for files, it would say something like DAISAVEAUTO4D0C25ED.DAS If you do not see any of those, they are not there. Unless you changed the path of where they save, they would only be in a few places. Most simply save in the Documents folder. If the cloud was enabled, take a look at this link
If the cloud was not enabled for Steam, and you are not seeing those saves in either folder, then they are either on the cloud, or they were deleted. You can search Windows for those saved files though.

I received the cloud save corruption notice from EA app at its launch, which means my save file is on your server.
That's what I‘ve been saying my EA file at ea app doesn't sync anymore, no matter how many times I try to load it.
That is why I am reaching out for your help, how do I get my ea save files back of this game, from your server. As for steam cloud setting, mine is on, I've never fiddled with it, it is on by default.
But there's no steam cloud save for this game at its properties. With mine it only says this game doesn't support family sharing.
And I guess that's why there's no steam cloud save of DAI because it's programmed not to share to steam by the game.
So how do I get my save file back from your sever since the EA app doesn't initiate sync anymore? Thank you.And I can't start another local file now in fear of ruining my only chance to retrive my save since the old cloud save is corrupted, the new one could possibly just replace it if generated.
