DA: I "Some features have been disable because launched through another app"

Hello, 

I have DA: I downloaded via Steam and it was working fine up until yesterday. It will not load due to the error response on EA "Some features have been disabled because launched through another app". I have tried deleting the game and it still won't work, running EA apps as administrator still won't get it working. All my other Steam games launch some I'm assuming it's not Steam.

What are my other options to get it working?
