Experiancing this issue with 560 ti 448 SLI, regardless of settings. Completely unplayable.
Put here:
- video card model (ex. NVIDIA GTX 690)
- video driver version (ex. NVIDIA 347.09 beta)
- and link to the video with a demonstration of the problem. When placing video, do not forget to leave there a link to this forum and the forum nvidia (for nvidia users).
I'll stick this info in the first message.
NVIDIA users also please put same info here:
Maybe it will attract more attention to the problem.

nVidia and AMD are both telling its users that they are trying to work with BW on this issue. What's curious, though, is that BW has not commented publicly on this issue to my knowledge. This issue was brought up at launch, documented in vendor driver releases, and Bioware has released two patches without any mention of the issue. I don't know if they're pretending this isn't a problem and just ignoring it or what their intentions are. Seemingly, they are just ignoring this problem.

Says "
AMD is currently working with BioWare to resolve the following issues:
- Flickering is sometimes observed in Dragon Age: Inquisition on a limited number of surfaces in AMD CrossFire™ configurations."
nVidia has it in their release notes as well
