DA Origins: dialogue scene stutter, and becomes worse (1 fps)

I've just bought this game and playing as Dwarf Commoner Origin, everything is fine. But upon reaching the Proving, it begins to stutter lightly.

When the Proving Master demands the Dwarf warden (hero) to remove the helmet, the dialogue scene begins to stutter progressively bad, down to 1 fps.

CPU and GPU temperatures are normal.

At the moment I cannot progress through the event and stopped playing. Various attempts on the graphic setting has been tried but no luck.

any help is much appreciated.

Just want to let you know this problem has been solved. I has been caused by one of the mod that I'm using.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

hello.. just for abit of info, I'm playing the game with the EA app, could it be the cause?
this is my first time using EA app, and the app itself is relatively new.
(because I also had difficulty when trying to display FPS in game. I followed all the official guide but none could work.)
