DA2 DLC Unauthorized - How do I activate it?

I have a very similar issue to this.
Only coming to play this game now after having the Ultimate Edition in my Steam Library for a few years. Some of the DLCs (Black Emporium, Hi-Res Textures, Blood Dragon Armor, Ser Isaacs Armor ) work, but most show as unauthorized.
I installed from Steam and downloaded and installed the add-ons from this EA webpage:

Start the game from Steam, it then runs through the EA app. The DLCs that work (mentioned above) show in the EA app when managing add-ons. All the others show in the game unauthorized and do not appear in the EA app manage add ons section.
I am speculating here but I think I may have registered the standard edition of the game in the EA app ages ago, before getting the Ultimate Edition on Steam later. I suspect my account already has a registration for just the standard edition and is not updating to the Ultimate Edition so blocking access to the extras I bought that edition for.
Any ideas?
