DA2 Origin Download...missing Language Options

Hi there,

last year i bought Dragon Age 2 at the german EA Store (now "Origin"). It was the german version with german audio and german subtitles and german menu...allw as german, all was fine.

Today i wanted to reinstall DA2 but when i wanted to start the Download i only can choose english language for the game.

I downloaded it anyway...maybe i could change language at the launcher? Yes, i could. So i changed Language at the Launcher to "de-de" for both audio and language. But still the whole game is english.

As we have no support in the german Bioware Social Network, no one could help us there (and we have no writing rights in english DA2 forums). Maybe we could get some help here so that german players are again able to play DA2 in german?

At least they've began to fix it.
I hope for the DA II players from other countries the final fix will come soon.

It should be working for Polish and Russian again as well. Can you please check and come back to us if you still have issues?

@sugandhalaya: We will open Answer HQ to more languages. This is only the beta phase after all. 😕mileywink:

Thanks for confirming the issue is resolved for some of you. The team is still working on the missing languages and they hope to get the issue resolved soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Ok, quote doesn't work here...hmpf.
Feedback? Ok....let me think...ah yes...a Support HQ only in english sucks. I't's not an secret that EA (especially the EA support) has problems with other languages than english but an Answer HQ only in english really is a bad idea.Please consider to build up a support center for all major languages. Only german support we are getting is standard emails, which doesn't fit the problem.
Buuuut...problem seems to be solved with the german language...for now. But my trust in Origin and EA really got damaged. 😕mileysad:

It is 01.10.2017. Still it is not working. Cant change the language from english to Polish. Please fix LOL!!!
