DA2 Unauthorized DLC Error EA app

Do you have the game on Steam or on EA app? 
Is OP a different account of yours? 

I have the game on the EA App, same account.
EA account, dragon age keep, everything under the same account

I moved your post into a separate thread, please open your own thread, even if your problem is similar, if you use a different game client.  

There is most probably a problem with your installation.

• • Please clear your temp files:

    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time to open the Run dialog box.
    • Into the new window, type or copy & paste:  "%temp%"  (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER"
    • Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it.  
      (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.)

    Then:

    • Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller. (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
    • Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall DA2.
    • At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "Advance" > Browse.
    • If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
    • When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All > Delete.
    • Restart the PC
    • Install DA2 again.
    • After you start the game, make sure you log in in game!
      

• • The installer from the legacy DLC page will not work on EA app, the DLCs should install with the game. 
    
    

I followed these steps but it didn't work the DLC doesn't appear as an option to download nor does it show up in my game

FreedomcrI​ Are the game and the EA app both installed on the same drive?
Did you install the game or DLC from another app like Steam or Epic for example?
Did you change any of the default install locations for the game or the EA app?

I also have a similar issue. I'm playing on the EA app and have confirmed it is the same account I purchased the game on and both the EA desktop app and Dragon Age 2 are in the same directory. I've uninstalled and reinstalled DA2 a few times already and I managed to get some more dlcs to pop up but not all of them like Legacy. I ended up installing the rest of the dlcs from this link that EA released awhile back and they even show up as authorized in the Downloadable Content tab in the game menu but I can't actually access the dlcs when I load into an actual game file. 

Also, I bought the game in 2019 so the EA app still says I have the standard edition.
