DAI - Green Smoke Screen on Launch

On PS3 - when I launch DAI, i get the BIO screen - then this Green sky with smoke appears and the game hangs. I have seen this screen flicker before, but it always went straight into the game menu before.

Please help.

DAI is unplayable at the moment.
