@Eledhal This thread seems like a similar issue, have you tried that accepted solution? Here is another one to try.
If that doesn't work, please take a look at this sticky for instructions on how to generate and post a dxdiag, should give us more of an idea of what's going on. 🙂
I hhave edited the thread post to inclusde the DXDIAG link.
I have already tried uninstalling Realtek driver and installing them over again. Didn't fix it.
I have no idea how to disable GPU sound device from the BIOS. Why should I do this if 6 months ago everything worked fine with the same GPU?

@Eledhal The hastebin link isn't working, are you sure it's correct? They don't usually end in .makefile (I tried removing that part and it still didn't work). If it's easier you can just attach a .txt file to your post, the you can find the attachment button under the text box, above 'submit'. 🙂

Ok I've done it, attached the text file.

@Eledhal; Have you checked that your rig is set to actually use the proper Sound output device? I have found that every time I update my (nVidia) GPU driver there's a chance that the install will change my audio output to use the "nVidia HDMI" device, even though there are no speakers attached to my monitor (which uses DP anyway, not HDMI!)
When the game audio suddenly goes silent after working fine for months, that's the first thing I check. 🤓
