DA:I beginning cutscene never starts, game is unplayable

My game is glitching and I've opened a case for it with EA, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem because I've tried googling but I haven't found anyone experiencing something simil...

This happens when you apply the fix to remove the framerate cap in cutscenes. If this is what you've donen You should remove the fix or launch the game from a shortcut that hasn't been modified. You can re-apply the fix after the opening cutscenes.
