Community Manager@Maridarkwater When you log into the keep with your EA account, you should see Your EA account on the left, and all connected platforms and IDs on the right. I have connected them all so the right side of mine shows Xbox PC and PS.
Do you see that?
The other thing that is bothersome about the saves is no matter what you do, it will never say anything other than world state when you import.
I thought it should look like it does on the Xbox with my user ID in the corner. How do I fix my log in then? It doesn't give me any place to re-enter my user ID and password, it just says connecting to servers and then pops the keep button in the corner. It doesn't tell me it's not connecting or there is an issue connecting, but I don't think it's using the right password.
