What Gorath is trying to say is you are trying to run the game, and it will not let you, on a machine that doesn't come close to meeting the minimum specs to play the game. You have a bad cpu, too little ram, and don't have a real graphics card by either AMD or Nvidea. If you really want to play the game, you will have to upgrade to a better computer, or buy it on a console that you own.
