Thanks everyone for answers and I'm sorry for coming back you late cause I was away. I'll try to do this underclocking stuff more to learn more about it and the borderless screen just lengthen the time of the crashes but it freeze eventually.TY again

Underclocking did not work for me - i took my card down to reference frequencies. The only thing that worked for me was to switch out of full screen to borderless windowed mode selectible under the display option in the game submenu. Since switching I've yet to experience a crash or ctd.
