You should probably also focus on overhauling your cooling since it seems that your GPU and or VRAM are overheating. Hopefully it is enough to clean out all the dust and rearrange cables so airflow can move around more easily in the computer case, and check if the GPU fan is working at all, could have a broken fan controller so it never spins up even if it gets hot. Could try setting up a custom fanprofile in EVGA Precision, MSI Afterburner, speedfan or similar and see if you can operate the fan that way. If that checks out ok perhaps consider replacing thermal paste.
Also do a virus and malware scan since there are bitcoin miner trojan/malware which uses the GPU to mine bitcoins.
