DA:I DLC Installed but not appearing

I have seen this issue pop up before and EA support has been horrible- I am subscribed to EA Play through Gamepass. I began playing DA:I on one PC where the DLC and everything was functioning fine; however, on my new PC when I went to reinstall everything installs fine (at least in the client) and I can play the game but the DLC never appears for me in game. I've tried:

-Clearing cache in EA Desktop app
-Uninstall/reinstall EA desktop app
-Uninstall/reinstall DA:I
-Start from scratch on a new Win10 local admin account

to no avail. This points to some kind of authentication issue with the DLC but I'm lost. Any suggestions?

  • Have you tried using the Origin app, instead of the EA desktop beta app??

    I know on Origin, you are offered online and offline mode, so are you online mode??

    Have you made sure your Firewall isn't blocking DAI from accessing the internet??

    I have heard several people complain about DLC and the new EA desktop, but I don't use it so I am not real familiar with it......and haven't seen much to encourage my use with the complaints listed too....lol.

    Unfortunately if you have your Play subscription through Gamepass, you can only access it through EA Desktop- sorry, forgot to mention that. You're right to avoid it, if they were honest it's really in Alpha right now. And disabled my AV/FW to verify too. Honestly starting to wonder if it's worth the trouble...
