Thanks for the reply! No, I haven't changed anything on my computer or downloaded any programs. I have quad core CPU so that shouldn't be a problem but i'm not sure how exactly to tell the the specifics of my computer. I don't got any mods. I figured out a way to play the game if I create a new character, then load my saved game. However I can't load any saved game without doing this. Thank you for the help 🙂
@God_Of_Cake135 The sticky I linked to in my first post contains instructions on how to create a dxdiag and post it so we can see (it's in the spoiler section). Your CPU isn't the only component that matters. Dxdiags also sometimes contain error information which can be helpful.
If you're having issues loading, have you made sure your save folder ([user] > My Documents > Bioware > Dragon Age Inquisition > Save, may differ slightly depending on what version of Windows you have) has the correct permissions? Some people have had issues with this in the past, so it's worth checking. You should be able to load a previous save without starting a new game 😉
