DAI Game NOT SAVING and deleted loads after Here Lies The Abyss

DAI is not saving my games. I did Here Lies The Abyss and a couple of other missions in the Western Approach last night before hopping off, and ALL of that data did not SAVE! I loaded into Skyhold directly after I had finished Wicked Eyes & Wicked Hearts. There was so much gameplay lost as I had done quite a few missions before I had decided to do Here Lies The Abyss as well. Any clue how I can recover my previous saves? 

Every time I open DAI now and load my save it keeps loading me into Skyhold and does not show any of my recent save for example:

When I first logged on it showed me Save Skyhold 68:07 then I will play for 20 minutes, save around 88 minutes. I restart DAI and again, the latest save is 68:07. But it's weird because I load in and I load into the EXACT spot I left save at 88 minutes but it says I loaded the 68:07 minute load. I'm confused! Has any of this happened before? I want to so badly continue playing but I'm so confused whether or not I should if it isn't going to save my game!

I cleaned up my computer, I remove my antivirus and got Bitdefender instead
I have tried unsetting my save folder from "read-only" but it won't stay for some reason(?)
I also was messing with my time and date last night to speed up war table operations could that have done this? 

My game is super bugged out now! Don't know what to do and don't want to reinstall incase I lose everything as that was a lot of work I did!
