DA:I Game of the Year Edition DLC not working

@cannibal_alien There have been some issues with the gifted version of the GotY edition (I think it's the DLCs not authenticating), your best bet is to get in contact with a game advisor, they should be able to replace your gifted version with a version which won't have this issue. You can get in contact with a game advisor here. Remember to select your country using the menu in the upper right corner, and be aware that some contact options are only available during certain hours.

I would assume so since I am able to access my account with achievements and everything using the in-game browser. Is there another type of log in that I'm missing? And nothing about the DLC shows up at the war table. Thanks for taking the time to reply!
