DA:I Keep Origins Synching Problems

This is the most frustrating problem ever and hopefully I can articulate it well enough for assistance as I am ready to throw things.  The problem: When we log into the keep it is showing the character persona as PC only.  We are using a PS4.  All emails match (gametag/PSN/origins/whatever) and we had this problem once already and tried creating a new account and sharing the worldstates between the two and nothing working.  No forums are helping.  As a result the worldstate from previous DA's is not synching with the PS4 Dragon Age Inquisition Account.

help.ea.com is NOT loading at all.  I cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone and I cannot get a help page to load on their site for a contact us page.  This is so frustrating and I cannot look at another forum to try to troubleshoot it.
