are u sure its not ur cpu?

this game goes to 99% cpu usage when chagin maps and stuff like that.

i kinda fix it buy closing everything except dragon age, i use to watch twitch while i play but...i need all my cpu

It's not! One of the first things I checked was if it was that, but as you can see here: http://gyazo.com/007060b6d46253f0dfed8241b0e6337d it's around 45 and even when it's loading/changing maps it only goes up to around 60 at most.
