DA:I Missing DLC

I played DA:I before with EA Play and have progressed a lot. During the sale on steam, I bought the game and tried to play it. I load into the same save but get an error whenever I try to load. It says I'm missing DLC even though I have all the DLCs cause its the GOTY edition. I attached an image showing the error and the missing DLCs. I tried talking with EA help but couldn't get it to work.

    Try to repair the game:

(Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)

(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

I tried verifying through Steam but it didn't help. It says all files are valid. I even checked the local files to see if it actually downloaded the DLCs or not and it did but the game doesn't detect those DLCs.

@StarFayek A similar error happens in the EA App and previously in Origin. Sometimes its not the game, but can be the save has something on it you didn't or don't own, or there is a corrupted install of the DLC.

What I suggest is to go to the install folder, delete all DLC from the Steam side, C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common, and then check to see if the game folder in documents has any and delete it there as well.

For the EA App, it would be here C:\Program Files\Dragon Age Inquisition\__Installer\DLC - Or D: depending on how you have it installed.

Reinstall the DLC and check for updates again and see what happens.

Went to local files -> Deleted the DLCs -> verified and downloaded through steam -> verified again, didn't work

Went to steam -> unchecked all the DLC boxes -> re-checked them -> download and installed -> verified again, didn't work

@StarFayek Did you delete all of the DLC folders from both locations completely? They have to be completely removed and then downloaded again.

@EA_Shepard The documents didn't have any DLC files, only saves so I just deleted the ones in the local files and re downloaded all of them again but it didn't work.

If you go into the EA App and on the Manage button, click view properties, and you will see where the content is installed. Click browser and it should take you directly there where all DLC is listed as installed. IF you are not seeing it there, that is an issue or its ben installed to a different location which should not happen.
