DAI not launching with Custom Arguments error Steam

Hey all 

I had this working a few months ago, but looks like there's been an update somewhere and I'm now getting the attached customargs.JPG on Steam when trying to load. Have tried solutions on other topics but doesn't appear to be a central list of all things to try.

Admin rights granted

Disabled Avast

Reinstalled and repaired EA

Any help appreciated
