DAI PS3 Deluxe Edition ARMOR special deliveries bug after intro mission error

i redeemed and installed the deluxe edition content on my ps3, but after the mission, the black chest (the supposedly special deliveries chest seems to be NOT interactable). i contacted EA via live chat, and a rep. said that their team is fixing it a week ago. im wondering if it is fixed now,
