DA:I (PS3) game crashes after a character respec since patch 2

First of all, let me get this off my chest first, the game looking more like an early PS3/XBOX360 game, (like what the hell? removing trees en bushes here and there and removing scars, because PS3/X...

This glitch also occurs on the 360. The game froze when attempting to respec my Herald on four consecutive reloads

I've been on two different playthroughs on ps3 since the patch and never experienced this as I've respeced everyone... Its strange how varied these issues are even on the same console
