DAI stuck on black loading screen after opening application (PS4)

Bought DAI 3 days ago for £12 on the psn store... Thought that's a sweet deal for all Dlc too. Now whenever I open the game I'm greeted by a black screen with a loading symbol. Tried deleting and redo...

@xRokaiKupo Hi, have you played the game on this system before? If you have any old saves can you try removing these as a test?

Do you get any error message if you force-close the game?

Hopefully we can determine what's going wrong here.

I've played on ps4 before but that was my old console with no Dlc. This is a new Console with the GOTY edition. I've got the base game to work without installing any Dlc, Im actually scared to install any of the Dlc.

Thank you for the extra info.

I wonder is it trying to use your old saves, if you use the cloud save function. Perhaps there's an issue with these, and starting from scratch will let you play with all the DLC included.

  I don't have ps plus and I don't use cloud saves. I've confirmed all Dlc work and the game loads so long as the trespasser Dlc is not installed, the bug seems to lie in with that Dlc. Game is running now with all Dlc except trespasser.

    Thank you for the update. As a test, can you try going offline? Checking this thread it seems to be a temporary workaround, but it seems that the issue may be related to parental restrictions.
