DAI Won't load war table correctly (PC)

So this bug/glitch has been occurring ever since I purchased the GOTY edition during the last sale. I owned the standard Edition before and wanted to play the DLC so when the GOTY edition was on sale i bought that one. However, whenever i try to access the war table to start the DLC it takes a very long time to load, it will at a certain point play the "access music" or what you want to call it for the war table, but after waiting for quite a while longer my Inquisitor is deposited in front of the war table. I cant move around the room except turn my character. I am unable to interact with anyone or the table. I am however able to open up my menu, access inventory etc, but when i try to fast travel out it will deposit me outside the room and wont stop "travelling". I was wondering if anyone has had the same/a similar problem and how it can be fixed.
