DAI:Multiplayer Occasionally Freezes - PS3

Twice in the last two days my multiplayer session has frozen on my PS3. The screen freezes in the last pixelated state that it was in and there is no audio. The green light on the front of the PS3 is still going as if it's attempting to process something, but there is no change to the screen and my PS3 will not recognize any input on my controller. I had to do a hard-reboot on my PS3 to get it back to where I can use it again.

Any advice/suggestions on fixing this is greatly appreciated!
