DA:O Collector's Edition Items

@EA_Darko The Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes, Bergen's Honor, Final Reason. Those are the three items that are available only in the CE/Deluxe Edition (not available in the Ultimate Edition). The items are also included now in the DAO DLC Bundle.

The Grimoire should appear in his inventory right at the start of the game, the other two items are sold by Bodahn, later in the game.

@ivrognard I know that, just need to know what it is that @kokimotoh is missing so that I can advise him. 

I have absolutely everything else, all add-ons, dlc items, expansion. The only missing content is Collector's Edition Items.

@ivrognard No, according to Origin website the three Collector's Item are part of both Deluxe Edition and Ultimate Edition.

@kokimotoh When i've got my Ultimate Edition the pre-order items and the CE items weren't included. The pre-order items were made available for free later on, but the CE items were still unincluded, so i had to buy the Deluxe Edition, too, just to get those. The CE items weren't available for Bioware Points, either. 

Now, i am curious if they did update the Ultimate Edition, or is just a description error (i have a friend that wanted the game on Origin, but wanted to get all the DLC's and held his purchase, as at the time the CE content wasn't available, unless you've combined the Ultimate and the Deluxe Editions - which is what i did to get them)

If they did updated the UE installer, that is actually great news.

Uninstalled everything and during installation there is no option to download the Collector's Edition Items as extra content.

But I can download official soundtrack and wallpapers that should be exclusive of Digital Deluxe Edition, is that right?

In the discription of Ultimate Edition content:

"Three exclusive in-game items

Includes Bergen's Honor, a massive dragon bone helmet; the Final Reason magical staff; and the Grimoire of Frozen Wastes, a special book that boosts all attributes when read."

So there's nothing I can do about it? Unlocking the items through DragonAgeKeep should have solved my problem, right? I don't know if it works that way.

All I want to know is a way to fix it and get the 3 items or at least an asnwer that the discription in DA:O Origin page is wrong and the Collector's Edition Items belong only to Digital Deluxe Edition.

Any help or advice is appreciated.

Edit: also I have the "Dragon Age: Origins DLC Bundle" flagged as "You have this content".

Edit 2: Apparently I don't even have an option to buy the Digital Deluxe Edition, I can only "Purchase as a gift". Jesus I only want 3 items probably a file with less than 1MB.

I found a new copy of the Collector’s Edition for the PS3 on Amazon.  I’m having the same issue.  The grimoire didn’t appear in my inventory and Bodahan doesn’t have anything additional in his inventory.  I’ve tried unlocking items in the keep, but I don’t know if that works anymore given the servers being down.  Is there any help for console users?  I understand if I’m out of luck.  I just want to make sure I’m not missing anything that can aid me in obtaining these items.
