You need to copy the "ncs" files to different locations as well.

Edit: Also, ""runscript additem gen_im_misc_backpack.uti 2" would only work if you use "AddItem Script - Console" and not "AddItemWithMaterialImproved 1.1 "

The first post in the comments section of "AddItem Script - Console", one of the two mods "AddItemWithMaterialImproved 1.1" is base on might hold the solution.

If it is only about the backpack you might use this mode directly, the command would be "runscript additem gen_im_misc_backpack.uti 2"

  @holger1405I wasn't aware these are different mods. Since you replied to my post I thought the link you sent refers to the same mod.
  Anyway, I removed the files I originally used, added the AddItem Script - Console files in all 3 reqjuired folders and now it worked. Many thanks for your help! :-)
