DA:O Epilogue crash issue.

I did some searching (Though possibly not well enough) about this issue, but I've now fought the archdemon three times (In the exact same campaign) and after each time, (Per my story, spoilers ahead) Alistar was made king alone, and then once it attempts to load the next section it crashes. I honestly doubt it has anything to do with my hardware. If it does then the ending was clearly not optimised, but I also seriously doubt that.

I've got some upgrades coming, try to refrain from laughing at my sh**-tier build.

So the ultimate question here, is: What the heck am I supposed to do?
