DAOC doesn't like my password
Haven't played DAOC since about 2010 or so. I followed all the instructions to recover old account info and created the new EA/Origin acct. I can log in and out of that but DAOC doesn't like my password. I tired going back through the process but nothing i do lets me access DAOC. Thanks to internet version so Automated phone services, there is no way to find a phone# to talk to someone. The online support instructions says there is but tell you how to find it or provide one. The one question I found on this had message from someone else just use support and select the right option and it will provide ph#. Well that not happening.
If you want me to come back to DAOC and you want my money for upgrades and perks. Throw a brother a bone.
I cannot access my DAOC account after I went through all the steps to do so. I can access EA/Origins, I can buy the extra's on there which say make sure you have a DAOC account before you buy.
I am not complaining about the support staff because it is not their fault I cannot find a way to reach them on my weakday off. If one of the support memebers, did create this online looping process, I do want to complain about them.
If someone does respond in 72 hours from the email I sent, will be at work and unable to answer and will be unable to access my computer with DAOC. I am really excited about playig DAOC again. I did find a phone number one time two days ago. Gods I wished I wrote it down, even if it may have been the wrong one.
