My DAUpdater and DAModder are simply not working. I have deleted and redownloaded and reinstalled the DAModder and it still isn't working. As for the DAUpdater I don't have the first clue on how to get it working again. The game itself is working fine, I just can't get anything to update or load to the game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The first thing you should do is running the game as administrator. That solves a lot of problems.

Also, you'll want to confirm your service starts when you boot the game. A few users have reported they need to manually start their service for some reason.
1. In Windows, Press start
2. Run "services.msc"
3. Find and start "Dragon Age: Origins - Content Updater"
4. Restart game
Nope that din't work. I keep getting a 1053 error.

What version of Microsoft .NET Framework are you running?
1) Go to your Control Pannel
2) Select "Programs and Features"
3) Look for "Microsoft .NET Framework" <--- The number after this will be the version.

Ok, thats odd. I don't have any .NET Framework at all. I am now in the proccess of loading version 4 right now.
Ok, it all loaded and still no DAupdater.
Well, I contacted Origin, hoping that they might be able to help to resolve this issue. All I got from them was the exact same advice that I and everyone else I know ALWAYS gets from them. Uninstall and delete all files then reinstall the game. And that advice has never worked for me.
