I don't see DA2 on the de-authorization tool list...

To date I've never had trouble re-downloading DA2 from Origin, so I'm not sure if it needs to be de-authorized.

I have no recollection of how authorization works in DA2. Are you saying you bought a disc copy on eBay? If the game has a limited number of activations, maybe the person you purchased it from needs to deauthorize their computer.

The easiest workaround, however, is to see if the product key can still be activated in Origin. Then you can download the game from there. The Origin version is DRM-free nowadays, so you can run it without Origin once it's installed.
