@Xdragonborn15X That is very weird, were you using the old mod manager, or the Frosty mod one? If it's the old one, mods shouldn't be able to show up if you don't have your merged mod folder in your Update folder.
If you ever want to remove a mod, assuming you're using the old mod manager, just like any change you would have to create a new merge with/without whatever mods you want included/excluded.
If you were using Frosty, I can't help as I've never used it, sorry.
