Deluxe Edition Item Code problem

Why some of player able to download 4 item in 1 code...why i just only had 1 item which is Dragon age Inquistion Deluxe Edition Items? and after i finish played the tutorial..when i near the black box which followed the guide to get the DLC item, i unable to click the box it shown nothing there??? whats problem going on????
