Dialog bug/ no sound or lip animations

Hi.

I hav the "no sound during dialog" bug and I tryed all the fixes proposed and have changed between, Headphones, monitors etc and it is the same all the time.
But then I noticed somthing I have not seen other complaining about. During Cutsceens and in-game dialoge, the sub showes, but there is no lip movements, there is no actuall speaking motion by the characters where there should be.

Had to youtube to be sure I was not remembering wrong.

Last time I played the game I had no such issues, but that is one PC ago... and 4 years.
I know this game was rushed and all, but not having the stero option in the sound option in-game, or config files you can swopp the settings on is a bit bad.
All other games work perfectly fine with ether of my sound options.

Please, anny advice?

- Re-installed the game
- Re-installed the Audio driver,
- Re-installed the Nvidia graphic drivers from scratch

Hi and thank you for your answer!

I had uninstalled the game so sorry for my answer taking som time.
Afte installing the game agein (4-5 time in a weeks time) all seems to be working as intended.

I installed the game on a different SSD disc this time and that may have been the trigger to get it too work, but I also downloaded another msi motherboard sound driver from there website.
Those are the only two things I did differently from the other times. I have the most fate in it being the MSI driver.

do you have a file inside folder: (installed directory)
Dragon Age Inquisition\Data\Win32\loc around 2-3 gb ? in locfacefx is the face by install language,, You have to get file in loc, in locfacefx and in loctext, 1 for face, 1 for text, 1 for sound. Make also sure your origins lang setting match your region. .
Temporary close anti-virus and firewall , Set origins in admin mode uninstall/reinstall the game in admin mode,,, go in origins option before the game installation and make it english,,, the game install in your origins software language. If its a nvdia package install bug this will fix it.
missing file OR installation error bcs not admin mode or antivirus/firewall blocking the driver package install, You can also give a test on many sound option in game: home theater.
