Dialogs and patch 1.05 not working DAO

I recently had to format my PC to reinstall Windows due to a severe driver problem. Now with the PC working optimally, I find that when installing the Ultimate version of DAO from EA Games, the voices cannot be heard, but the music and effects can be heard, but not the voices. The funny thing is that before all this the game worked perfectly on my computer.

Now, I found somewhere that you have to install only DAO and DAA, and the other DLCs and packages must be downloaded manually from the page and installed (annoying having bought the game) but I still did it. When I install patch 1.05 I get an error in the Uninstall file, so I have to skip it, and with that the game does not work directly (I double click but it never runs). I tried just installing the DLCs without the patch, but basically it's the same, everything is installed correctly but the voices cannot be heard.

I know the game is old and maybe this doesn't matter as much compared to DAI, but I really wanted to play it and it's quite frustrating, is there a solution? something that can be done? Does the ultimate edition need patch 1.05?

Help, I already reinstalled twice and nothing...
