Me and my brother both did the event over the weekend, playing side by side. Last night after work I logged on and got my chest about 4 or 5am. He logged on today after he got off work about 7:30am and he doesnt have the chest? Or the challenges for it. He got the chest for doing the 25 chest challenge, but that challenge is got aswell. Does anyone know how this could be resolved?

My understanding was that the chests needed to be claimed by thursday, but it's obviously not thursday yet so they should still be available. For your brother RRG, when did he first check for the chest? Lake_13, did you check for the chest previously?

He checked at about 7:30 this morning, but there is no victory chest. And the community event and personal event (open 25 chests challenge) are both no longer listed in his Prestige list even though he completed them both when we were playing Saturday night/Sunday morning. All other events that he has completed are still listed.

I logged in to check about an hour before making this thread, that was the first time since i stopped playing on Sunday that i've looked for it.
Strangely even though the challenges are gone and theirs no chest the character I used still retained the levels gained so the game hasn't forgotten everything i did over the weekend.
I've just recently had the same issue with the most recent weekend even, double xp for 10/16/2015. I think there are 31 chests in all? I've been checking every day over the weekend as well as constantly today with no luck. My friend says he's been retrieving his...
