Did not receive Victory chest for weekend event

I was told by the EA live support Loida to post in here as I did not recieve my victory chest for the community weekend event. I was told that a fix was being worked on and that it would be best to post that I had also been affected. I'm not certain what exactly I need to include given the previous posts seem to cover it. PC version of the game.

I hope this isn't too much of a pain to resolve for those attempting a fix. Thanks for all your hard work 🙂
