Did not receive Victory chest for weekend event

Hi, I participated in the multiplayer weekend event: http://www.dragonage.com/en_US/news/multiplayer-weekend-event-01-23 I played enough to unlock the Commendation from the first part of the event ...

Me and my friend both have the same problem. I logged in yesterday and again today, but there is no chest nor challenges completed... Super frustrating.

Hi,
So I checked a few minutes ago and I still am unable to claim my victory chest. When I look under prestige, the individual objectives are gone but I am still able to see the community objective. I have the game on PC.

  I have the same problem for last weekend event, didn't receive victory chest ...

    I contacted EA help through the live chat, and the person was able to give me a commondation chest. Not sure if there is a difference in the percentage of quality for rewards but it's better than nothing.
