Did not receive Victory chest for weekend event

Hi,

I participated in the multiplayer weekend event: http://www.dragonage.com/en_US/news/multiplayer-weekend-event-01-23

I played enough to unlock the Commendation from the first part of the event (loot 25 chests in a part) and recieved the achievement for the Victory chest portion of the event (Community loots 250,000 chests)

I logged in today to claim the Victory chest but did not have one and the completed challenges have both dissapeared from the 'Prestige' section of the multiplayer.

I contacted customer support via live chat who after consulting a specialist avised me that because it is a studio even I would have to post my issue here to get it resolved.

I'm not that fussed about the missing challenges in the prestige section but having taken the time to participate in the event I would really like to get the missing Victory chest.

I have the same problem for last weekend event, didn't receive victory chest ...

I contacted EA help through the live chat, and the person was able to give me a commondation chest. Not sure if there is a difference in the percentage of quality for rewards but it's better than nothing.

same here , no victory chest for community goals (both of them - 250k chest and dont_remember_how_much_gold_medals) ☹️

I also did not recieve last weeks chests and now this weeks havnt showed up either.

and again, no chest for me (3rd)
do victory chests even exist ? :P

You haven't recieved this weekends reward because the event isn't over yet (even though the goal has been reach), you'll just have to wait.
You didn't recieve the previous 2 weekend rewards because the community failed to reach those goals; we didn't even come close to completing them.

im pretty sure community did that "250x chest opened"
+ Mission: Threatening begins at 10 am PST Friday, February 13, and ends at 5 am Monday, February 16.

That was the Spoils of War event which was 3 weekends ago (not including the one that just ended), which was completed. The two after that failed.

i got no chest even for spoils
+ this event ended mon 16 at 5am , it doesn't say "what time" (just for the record - i have almost 22:00 / 10:00 pm - utc+1)
don't have twitter acc and not going to have
