Did not receive Victory chest for weekend event

Hi,

I participated in the multiplayer weekend event: http://www.dragonage.com/en_US/news/multiplayer-weekend-event-01-23

I played enough to unlock the Commendation from the first part of the event (loot 25 chests in a part) and recieved the achievement for the Victory chest portion of the event (Community loots 250,000 chests)

I logged in today to claim the Victory chest but did not have one and the completed challenges have both dissapeared from the 'Prestige' section of the multiplayer.

I contacted customer support via live chat who after consulting a specialist avised me that because it is a studio even I would have to post my issue here to get it resolved.

I'm not that fussed about the missing challenges in the prestige section but having taken the time to participate in the event I would really like to get the missing Victory chest.

I recieved my commendation chest for the team combo challenge but no victory chest. This for the Xbox 360.

I have 10 challenges marked as completed, but never received the associated chests. I play on PS4. Psn-SteadyFaded.
I was advised to post here after contacting support via chat.

Same here. I haven't gotten any chest since the event.

I've just recently had the same issue with the most recent weekend even, double xp for 10/16/2015. I think there are 31 chests in all? I've been checking every day over the weekend as well as constantly today with no luck. My friend says he's been retrieving his...

I didn't receive any of the 31 or so chests nor have I received my 1000000 XP chest for playing mages... I have been checking day after day when my friends are constantly receiving their chests. This is extremely detrimental to my playing experience as I am in dire need of gear.

The limited time events ... i did not get the victory chests at all..

Playing the game actively in 2025. All the community challenges have been completed, and all the victory chest requirements have been satisfied… however I nor my friends are able to redeem the victory chests in the ‘FREE’ section of the store.

is there a fix for this? We are saddened that we are unable to receive these!
