Direct X Error Crashes Dragon Age Inquisition To Desktop (Details)

It is definitely getting worse. Used to be I would crash once every couple of hours with this error and now it is at every cutscene. I really, really like this game, but this "Patch" is taking all the fun out of it. 😕mileymad:

i7 4770k, 16gb mem, 120gb ssd, 760GTX 4GB, 1920x1080. Graphics on Ultra minus AA.
