Hi,

My config:

AMD FX9tm)-8120 Eight-Core Processor

AMD Radeon HD 6800 Series - latest driverd, C++, framework installed

16GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM

Windows 8.1 - updated

Same problem. Random Direct X error 99% time during random cutscenes. When I've first time launched game at ultra settings it crashed every time at first cutscene. Now on High settings it works but still random crash only in cutscenes so far.

Damn anoying. EA and Bioware maked game for Xbox lovers only with poor port on PC;/. If i would know i wouldnt buy it just waiter for Skidrow version to try first;/
