Direct X Error Crashes Dragon Age Inquisition To Desktop (Details)

I've been continually running on a Radeon HD 5770 with almost everything on low. I've gotten this error occasionally, mostly when there's dust or fog in the scene. I suspect that it isn't a problem with a specific setting but instead triggered by total burden on the engine. Overflow error or something. People get it less often when they turn off or turn down various settings because the engine is under less stress.
