Been having this issue all afternoon, and I've barely gotten to play the game. Had to make my character 3 times (game crashed during the cutscene right after and during the first dialogue) I was so excited to play this game but right now that doesn't even seem possible... Damn shame. I really hope there will be a fix for this.
I'm having the same error as the person above me except my game literally just crashed as I was in the middle of making my character smh! I have up to date drivers for my card. I think it's an EA issue again just like with The Sims 4.
