I am still having this issue and today worst than usual. Can't play 5 min without getting kicked out. All I was doing was messing with the settings and doing the built in benchmark to see how my game would be on ultra and using mantle but decided to go back to default settings and still getting error. I a have an HD7970. When do they plan to fix this problem it's been going on for a while now.
